Over the next year, they all healed from the experience with the Lights and continued to do their work. The police department still did not know what was happening, but they never questioned anything about the strange creatures disappearing. Taehee figured that they were done with caring, now that they Lights weren’t working with them. They also continued to wear their masks to cover their faces and people couldn’t recognize them. Lumin’s father never blamed M.Pire for his death, but covered it up with a made up story of how he had died. They were grateful for that. Taehee continued to date Hyuna and they became closer than they ever thought they would. JJ decided to leave M.Pire for a while and travelled. They all figured that he needed some time alone, after losing his lover. He returned later and continued to help, but was more subdued than usual. Jonghyun was never bothered by the Lights again, and they didn’t come back for revenge.
